Due to the presence of several local and <br>international suppliers and major players with global operations. The objective of this <br>article is to analyze a production of distillates from the hydrolyzed bagasse of sugar cane, <br>precisely because this bagasse has a higher content of carbohydrates and consequently <br>glucose taking into account the fact that this bagasse undergoes a pre-treatment releasing <br>fermentable sugar, contained in it, so the production of alcohol. Physico-chemical <br>analyzes were carried out, such as determination of acidity and volatility, alcohol content, <br>determination of Ph, determination of esters, determination of aldehydes and copper. <br>With this article, we analyzed the reuse of a material that would then be discarded for a <br>new production.</p> ER -
